Their 'one-size-fits-all' approach never supported the fact that people are not statistics. (They also rarely work, over the long-term.) Then along comes RESCUE YOUR HEALTH, and suddenly, things make sense. Dr. Singh's personalized approach to understanding your OWN body is a game-changer in the health and wellness industry. Even though in the end many of the interventions may seem similar (eat more veggies, sleep more/better, etc.), the approach and nuance of the solution is definitely unique to the individual.
